The way the arms click into different positions means you can pose each crossbowman aiming at a slightly different angle, which looks fantastic once the unit is ranked up. Painted a dozen so far and they’ve taken the washes really well, bringing out all the mail detail. I’m already planning a second

The 36 figures give you a solid army right out of the box, and the variety of heads is perfect for making each soldier look unique. I was surprised how easily the arms click into place without needing much clean-up.

The variety of arm positions is fantastic—I was able to build a full unit without any two figures looking the same. The plastic is sturdy but easy to clean up, and they fit together nicely. Definitely worth it for building a unique Dark Ages warband.
