希臘無盔甲重裝步兵與弓箭手

The sheer number of extra shields and spear arms means I've already built two distinct warbands from one box. Mixing the archers in gives a nice skirmish feel that my usual hoplite line can't match.

The variety of extra arms and shields in this set let me pose my archers drawing and my hoplites in different throwing stances. The sculpting on the linothorax armour is crisp and the plastic feels durable.

I've built a lot of 28mm Greeks and these unarmoured hoplites are some of the best I've handled. The separate heads and weapon arms mean almost no two figures in my phalanx look identical, and the archers mix in without looking out of place. Fifty-six figures for the price is hard to argue with.
