They took a little careful cutting to get the shield bosses aligned, but once applied they really bring the cavalry to life. The water-slide film settled down nicely over the painted details.

I was worried about the shield bosses being separate, but they actually make positioning much easier than I expected. The water-slide film is thin enough to blend into the plastic without silvering.

Finally, a sheet that includes the shield bosses separately—makes applying them so much cleaner. The markings lined up perfectly on the Gripping Beast figures without any silvering.
