Dark Sun Yellow - Two Thin Coats

I’ve been using this as a shadow base for my yellow armor panels, and the pigment density is fantastic—one thin coat covers beautifully. It dries to a smooth, matte finish that takes highlights really well. Definitely my new go-to for muted yellow tones.

This yellow is perfectly muted for creating deep recesses on my minis without looking muddy. The paint thins down really smoothly on a wet palette, just like you’d expect from a proper hobby paint. It’s a solid choice for adding realistic shadows to power armor.

This yellow covers surprisingly well for a shadow shade, it’s got a smooth consistency that doesn't clog up the details. I used it as a base for a warm highlight and the pigment was strong enough to need only two thin coats.
