Perzische gepantserde boogschutters

I needed some skirmish troops to fill out my Achaemenid line, and these archers fit right in. The detail on the bowstrings and scale armor is sharp enough to take a wash without losing definition. They rank up nicely behind a shield wall, just like the description suggests.

The armour on these archers is crisp enough that even the scale details pop after a quick wash, and they rank up perfectly behind a spara line. They fit the Early Achaemenid look I was going for without needing any cleanup work.

Picked these up to bulk out my Late Achaemenid list and they slot in perfectly behind a spara wall. The armoured look reads clearly on the table, so they stand out from my regular skirmishers at a glance.
