The shield patterns are crisp and historically accurate, which made a huge difference for my late 4th century units. I was especially impressed by how well the finer details held up after trimming and applying to curved surfaces.

The decals sit flat with almost no silvering, even on curved shields, and the detail on the unit markings is crisp enough to read at arm's length. I've used a lot of transfer sheets over the years, and this one went on smoother than most, which saved me a good bit of fiddling.

The shield transfers sit perfectly flat with no silvering, even over my rough brushwork. These really bring my late Roman units to life without any extra effort.
