I was a bit worried about getting the transfers to line up on the curved shields, but they settled down nicely with some setting solution. The buckler for the standard bearer is a nice extra touch that finishes the unit off.

The decals sit flat and blend right into the plastic once they’re set, and getting 12 shields plus the extra buckler in one sheet means I’ve got spares for the whole unit. They’re un-cut, which took a little patience, but it’s worth it for the clean look on the finished legionaries.
