Persian Shield Transfers 4

I was nervous about the transfer film cracking, but the perforated outline on the pre-cut version snapped cleanly after a quick soak. They sit flat on the curved surface of the Persian shields and blend in nicely once the setting solution dries.

I’ve been using these shield transfers for my Victrix Persians and the pre-cut outline really saves time compared to cutting each one by hand. The only small thing is a couple of the transfers had a tiny air bubble I had to press out. Still, the detail is crisp once applied.

Took a bit of patience to get the perforated transfer lined up just right on the Victrix figures, but once it's on, the detail is surprisingly crisp. The decals look much better than my freehand painting attempts. A solid upgrade for 4 stars.
