Peeling the backing off these transfers was easier than I expected, and they lay down perfectly on the curved shields without any silvering. The buckler for the standard bearer is a nice touch that really finishes the unit. My legionaries finally look the part on the tabletop.

These decals really pop against the white of the plastic, and the detail on the scorpion emblem is sharp. I appreciate that they come uncut, giving me the freedom to trim them precisely for each shield. A solid upgrade for any Roman legionary project.

The designs are crisp and historically accurate, really bringing the plastic figures to life. I was even able to use a sharp knife to cut each design out individually with no trouble. A simple set, but it does exactly what it should.
