Painting up a whole late Roman unit was much faster with these—the vexillum designs alone saved me hours. They did need a careful trim since they're uncut, but the fit on the Gripping Beast oval shields was spot on.

The transfers sit flat without any silvering, even over the curved edges of the oval shields. The vexilum design is a nice bonus for the standard bearer, and they take a bit of patience to apply since they're un-cut, but the result looks sharp.
