Vergessene Schlachten aus Mitteleuropa - Sizilien

The 1:1 scale makes every scenario feel historically authentic, and the battalion-sized battles offer a real challenge. I've been working through the Sicily campaign and the unit variety is impressive. Really enjoyed the detailed overview account that sets the stage for each engagement.

The battalion-scale scenarios are what sold me, and they play out with real tactical depth. Having all the armour and unit types from the campaign present means I'm not proxying anything, which is huge for a 12mm setup. The historical overview at the front is a nice touch too.

Twenty full scenarios at 1:1 scale is way more content than I expected for the price, and the battalion-sized actions give you room to actually maneuver instead of just pushing counters around. The campaign overview at the front helped me pick which scenarios to play first.
