The decals went on surprisingly smoothly with just water and a bit of patience—no silvering at all. They really make the shield designs pop without looking clunky or over-scaled for 28mm.

I was impressed with how crisp the shield patterns came out after applying these decals—much better than hand-painting the same detail. The carrier film is practically invisible once set, which really sells the effect on 28mm scale models.

These decals laid flat perfectly over the curved surfaces of my 28mm shields, no silvering at all. A massive time-saver for getting that intricate Greek pattern onto a whole unit.
