SAX(W&E)1

These transfers went on surprisingly smoothly for 15mm scale. They add a lot of character to the shields without the hassle of painting intricate details by hand.

Finally got around to using these on my wargaming bases and the fine detail really pops once the varnish sets. Each shield looks properly individual now, makes the whole unit feel a lot more authentic.

Applied the first set to my 15mm Saxons last night and the detail really pops once the decal settles into the shield recess. Each transfer is perfectly sized for the W&E figures I've been painting. So much easier than trying to freehand those tiny crosses.
