The cavalry horses have just the right heft and don't tip over during gameplay. Mixing the archers with the shield wall gives me plenty of tactical options right out of the box.

The archers snap onto their bases cleanly and hold their pose well, which saved me a ton of assembly time. Between the cavalry and the spear units, I've got enough variety to field a solid starter force for a weekend raid scenario.

The cavalry horses have really nice detail on the tack and look great charging across the table. I’ve got enough models here to field a proper shieldwall with archers behind it.
