فرقة نورمان الحربية

Painted up the cavalry last night and the detail on the horses' barding is surprisingly sharp for plastic. The mix of warriors and crossbowmen gives me enough options for a solid skirmish force right out of the box.

The crossbowmen are a nice surprise—posing them with shields and bolts makes the unit feel properly deadly. I’ve already used the box for two skirmish games and the mix of warriors and cavalry gives you plenty of tactical options without feeling bloated.

The crossbowmen add real tactical variety to a Dark Ages force, and the plastic is sturdy enough for repeated gaming. I’ve already played three skirmishes with just this box and the mix of infantry and cavalry feels balanced right out of the gate.
