The shield transfers went on without any silvering, and the heraldic designs look properly medieval. A nice range of period-appropriate motifs for building out a feudal force.

I’ve been looking for accurate early medieval heraldry for my collection, and these transfers fit my Legio Heroica shields perfectly. The designs have crisp detail and settled nicely with just a bit of water.

Applying these was surprisingly easy even for someone like me who's not great at detail work. The heraldic patterns really pop on my shield, and the set gives you plenty of options to customize a feudal look.
