The decal film practically vanished after a coat of Micro Sol, making the designs look painted on. I’ve already finished two units and the crisp detail really makes the shields pop.

These waterslides settled onto the shields almost invisibly after a coat of matte varnish, giving my phalangites a professional look I couldn't achieve with freehand. The designs are crisp and historically-inspired, matching the 28mm scale perfectly.

The waterslide decals adhered smoothly to the curved shields without any lifting, which was a pleasant surprise. They really bring out the unit's historical look once sealed, saving me hours of freehand painting.
