I’d been worried the transfers would look bulky on such small 28mm figures, but these lay down almost invisibly and conform perfectly to curved shields. The marine imagery adds exactly the right amount of historical detail without overwhelming the model.

The emblem details are crisp and really pop once you add a little decal softener. I used them on a few Praetorian figures and the shield transfers fit perfectly without silvering. These are a great way to give your models that finished historical look.

Applied the marine-themed decals to a few of my 28mm Roman figures last night, and the detail on the oars and ship emblems is incredibly crisp. It took a bit of patience to get them positioned just right, but the result is well worth the effort for adding that authentic fleet look to my collection.
