EIRL(AV)19

The decals sit flat on the shield without silvering, even over curved surfaces, and the 28mm scale reads perfectly on the legionaries. I’ve used them on three test bases so far and they hold up well under a matte varnish.

Applied a full cohort of legionaries last night and the detail on the shields came out perfectly crisp. The transfers conformed to the curved surfaces without any silvering, which was a relief. Really happy with how my Late Republic force is shaping up.

These decals went on surprisingly smooth over the curved shields and really sell the Early Imperial look for my 28mm Romans. The sizing is spot-on for the scale, so no awkward trimming or stretching to make them fit.
