I was surprised how crisp the pattern stayed after soaking—the black lines on my 28mm shields really pop now. It took a bit of patience positioning them on the curved surfaces, but the end result looks far better than freehanding would have.

The shield decals went on cleanly without silvering, and they’re sized just right for the 28mm shields in the box. I’ve used a few transfer sets before, but these stayed put after a bit of setting solution. Really happy with how the Islamic patterns pop once they’re sealed.

The decal sheet covers all the shield sizes in the Gripping Beast box, so nothing went to waste. I was pleasantly surprised how easily the designs settled into the curved shield surfaces with just a bit of water.
